Frequently asked
questions

Is WorkRouter an app?

No. It runs over calls and texts on the phone you already carry. No app to download, no computer, no system to learn. You do get a live portal to see everything, but you never have to run it.

No. ChatGPT doesn’t know your ABN, your licence, your rates, your jobs, or your insurer. WorkRouter does. It’s set up for your business, it stays compliant, it remembers what you told it, and your data stays yours.

No, and it’s not trying to. It’s not another place to store plans, quotes and specs. Trav does the work: the contracts, the safety packs, the invoicing, the chasing. He runs alongside what you already use.

Trav is $89 per user, per month. No super, no PAYG, no payroll tax, no sick days. He works around the clock and never forgets a thing.

Your offsider. One name, one number. He runs the site, handles the hard stuff (safety, compliance, contracts, the money side), and runs the office. Talk to him the way you’d talk to a foreman.

A WorkRouter product for getting paid, coming soon. Switched on through Trav. Right now, getting paid means sending your BSB and hoping. Payday runs the invoice and the payment through, so getting paid online just happens, without setting up the systems most builders never bother with.

Yes. Trav’s just the default. Paul calls his Blair. Your offsider, your name.

Yes, but they get their own view. Progress, payments, what’s next. No status calls, no “can you send me the latest.”

Trav is free for your first 3 months, then $89 per user, per month. That’s every feature, no tiers, no add-ons. Payday is a separate product, priced on its own when it lands.

Under 15 minutes. Text or call and Trav gets to work. No training session, no computer, nothing to set up.

It’s live in Australia. The US is next. Get on the early access list and we’ll be in touch.

Every request, decision, and action is logged, timestamped, and encrypted. Your construction data is yours. WorkRouter never sells it, and nothing goes near another builder.

Yes. Safety packs, SWMS, licence checks, and compliance docs, handled before they become stop-work events. WHS in Australia, OSHA in the US.

It’s invite-only right now. Every builder on WorkRouter gets three codes to pass to builders they trust. That’s the only way in.

It tells you. It won’t pretend to have done something it hasn’t, and you sign everything off.
