Built by people who lived the problem.

WorkRouter is Trav: an AI offsider that runs the admin side of a building business. Contracts, safety, compliance, invoicing, chasing. Talk to him by text or call, from wherever you are.

What it’s already doing

One builder ran a pay run through it and caught an over-billed subbie, hours coded to the wrong job, and shifts the site diary couldn’t back up. All in one morning. This isn’t a demo. It’s builders using it on real jobs, right now.

How it Started

It didn’t start in a boardroom. It started at the end of a long day. Paul and Will are builders. They run their own jobs, their own crews, their own businesses. And like every builder they know, they lose too much of the day to admin.

Paul handles it himself, with family help. Will pays for software and an office manager, and admin still ends up on the kitchen table. Different setups, same outcome. Work that should take minutes, taking hours. They weren’t chasing innovation. They were after relief.

Then Jason stepped in. Paul’s childhood mate. Over a decade in New York selling technology to some of the biggest companies in the world. Not long before that, a labourer on their sites, and a terrible one at that. He knew the problem because he’d lived around it. He listened first, then pulled together the people and the technology to build it properly. No pitch decks. No big reveal. Just: it shouldn’t be this hard.

Every decision ran through real jobs, real pressure, real site conditions. Then came Max. Same world. He backed the business and helped make it real.

This didn’t come from tech looking for a market. It came from people who’ve done the work, put up with the admin, and finally had the means to fix it.

The Team

Paul

Builder, and the one who finally convinced his mate to fix it. Runs his own jobs, his own crew, and spent long enough saying it shouldn’t be this hard that he knew he needed to fix it.

Will

Builder, running enough jobs with enough admin to know where it breaks. Pays for software and an office manager, and the paperwork still finds him at the kitchen table. What he runs gave WorkRouter real numbers to build on.

Jason

The mate who could build it. A decade selling complex technology to the world’s biggest organisations, back on his childhood friends’ problem.

Max

Backed the business. A career at the meeting point of capital and the industries that build things.

Why an offsider, not an app

Construction doesn’t have an app problem. It has a coordination problem. Every builder already has a phone. The barrier was never technology. It was time, trust, and not wanting to learn another system. Trav isn’t software. He’s the help you always needed and never had time to hire.

The moment WorkRouter needs a login, a computer, or a training session, it’s become the thing it replaced. So it won’t.
