WorkRouter is a product of Worksite 360 Pty Ltd (ABN 39 695 057 302) ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) for Australian users, and the CAN-SPAM Act and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for users in the United States.

All commercial email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism and accurate sender information.

For SMS communications, by providing your mobile number and submitting the waitlist form you provide express written consent to receive SMS messages from WorkRouter. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
