Privacy Policy

WorkRouter is a product of Worksite 360 Pty Ltd (ABN 39 695 057 302) ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) for Australian users, and the CAN-SPAM Act and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for users in the United States.

1. What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Full name
• Business name
• Email address
• Mobile number (including country code)
• Country and state of operation

We only collect information you provide directly to us. We do not collect sensitive information such as health, financial, or biometric data.

2. Why we collect it

We collect your information to:

• Notify you when WorkRouter launches and provide early access
• Send you product updates, news, and information about WorkRouter by email and SMS
• Understand the geographic makeup of our early user base
• Contact you directly about your interest in WorkRouter

By submitting the waitlist form and clicking "Join the Waitlist" you consent to receiving email and SMS communications from WorkRouter as described above.

3. How we store and protect it

Your information is stored securely using reputable third-party platforms. Our data processors include:

• Netlify — website hosting and form submission handling
• Microsoft 365 — email communications

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform and communicating with you. We may also disclose your information where required by law.

5. Marketing communications

By joining the WorkRouter waitlist you consent to receiving email and SMS communications from us about WorkRouter, including product updates and early access information.

You can opt out at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email
• Replying STOP to any SMS
• Contacting us at privacy@workrouter.ai

6. Your rights — all users

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time
• Make a complaint about how we have handled your information

7. Additional rights — Australia

If you are located in Australia, you have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you believe we have breached the APPs, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

8. Additional rights — United States

All commercial email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism and accurate sender information.

For SMS communications, by providing your mobile number and submitting the waitlist form you provide express written consent to receive SMS messages from WorkRouter. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know — what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected
• Right to opt-out of sale — we do not sell personal information, so this right is not applicable
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights

9. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, contact us first at privacy@workrouter.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Cookies and analytics

Our waitlist page does not currently use cookies or analytics tracking. If this changes, we will update this policy and notify waitlist members accordingly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at workrouter.ai/privacy. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes by email.
