SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messaging communications (the "Program") sent by WorkRouter, a product of Worksite 360 Pty Ltd (ABN 39 695 057 302) ("we", "us", "our"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
WorkRouter's Trav SMS program allows builders using WorkRouter to communicate with Trav, an AI assistant, via text message. Messages may include scheduling updates, safety documentation (SWMS), contracts, variations, and end-of-day job reports.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Trav. There is no fixed number of messages per month. You will generally receive messages in response to your own requests, as well as messages related to ongoing job communication you have initiated or agreed to as part of using WorkRouter.
3. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. WorkRouter is not responsible for any charges billed to you by your mobile carrier.
4. How to opt in
Builders opt in to this Program by providing their mobile number as part of onboarding onto the WorkRouter platform. This may occur through a direct onboarding conversation with the WorkRouter team, a web form on workrouter.ai, a text conversation with an onboarding agent, or another direct onboarding process.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving SMS messages from Trav. After opting out, you will not receive further messages from this Program unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START.
Please note: STOP is a reserved keyword recognised by mobile carriers, and sending it as a standalone message will unsubscribe you from all further messages from this number. If you simply want Trav to cancel or hold off on a specific task, say so directly (for example, "cancel that" or "hold off on sending that") rather than replying with the word "stop" on its own.

7. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility
This Program is intended for business use by builders and contractors aged 18 and over.
9. Privacy
Your use of this Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available at workrouter.ai/terms.
